Gingerbread Spice Mix

If you're not a baker, packaging together some gingerbread spice mix to makes a quicker, healthier and more versatile gift for the holidays! Some suggestions on where to use it:
  • In baked goods, from cookies and cakes, to pies and muffins
  • Sprinkled on oatmeal, yogurt or applesauce
  • Steeped in tea or stirred into a latte
  • As a spice rub for chicken or pork
  • Sprinkled on top of roasted root vegetables
