We’ll start your Intuitive Eating journey with a 60-minute deep dive into your health history, lifestyle and environment, and how that all factors into your relationship with food and your body today. You will leave with a better understanding of yourself, as well as specific action steps to help you start tuning in to your inner Intuitive Eater.


Support & Accountability Sessions

Focused meetings to review your progress, celebrate your successes, troubleshoot any problems or concerns, and layer in more knowledge and skills, so that you can continue to move forward throughout your personal journey.


Consistent Email Follow-Up

You will receive an email summary after every session, and also a quick check-in from me between sessions. There are no limits to the number of times we can correspond via email (and I will always respond to my clients first!), so that you can feel supported every step of your journey, and not have to wait to have your questions answered!


Flexible & Tailored to You

Meet in-person at my office at The Commons, or virtually via phone or Skype. You choose how often you want to meet, whether it’s weekly for consistent accountability, or every 4-6 weeks so that you have more time to practice your new skills.

    How do I know if coaching is right for me?

    You may benefit from working with me if:

    • You are tired of feeling obsessed about food, hating your body, and ready to stop the diet-binge cycle, so that you can tune into your inner wisdom and discover what makes you truly feel good.
    • You know what it takes to eat well and feel well, but are looking for extra support, accountability and fresh ideas, so that you can make it happen.
    • You are ready to commit the time, effort and energy to make sustainable changes to your thoughts and habits, so that you can achieve authentic health.

    We may not be a good fit if:

    • You’re just looking for a meal plan. (Here’s why.)
    • You measure success by a number on the scale. (Here’s why.)
    • You’re happy with your current eating habits and lifestyle, and not looking to make significant changes.

    Where are you located?

    My office is at The Commons (1206 20 Ave SE), which is centrally located in the neighbourhood of Ramsay in Calgary. I can also meet you virtually via online teleconferencing (I use a HIPAA-friendly program, but will also use Skype or Facetime with your permission) or phone, but please note that I am registered to practice in the province of Alberta, Canada.

    What if I miss a session?

    Your session will be considered “completed” if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Otherwise, your session can be rescheduled.

    Do my sessions expire?

    ‘Just A Taste’ sessions expire within 6 months of your initial assessment; ‘Full Meal Deal’ sessions expire within 9 months.

    Are you covered by health insurance?

    Many employee healthcare plans cover services provided by a registered dietitian (that’s me!) If you are receiving my services online, please note that I am registered with the province of Alberta, and some plans do not cover out-of-province practitioners. Check with your plan provider.

    Do you have a refund policy?

    If you have purchased a package and at any point you decide that we’re not a good fit, you will receive a full refund of the sessions that you have not attended. Refunds will not be issued for sessions that have already been completed.
