Personal Health Information
This Website Privacy Policy governs your access to and use of vinccitsui.com including any content, functionality and services offered on or through vinccitsui.com (the “Website”), whether as a guest or as a registered user. This policy applies to Personal Information we collect on the Website and in email, text, forms or other electronic messages between you and the Website.
As a regulated health care practitioner, I also collect “personal health information” which is governed by the Health Information Act (HIA). Additionally, as a Registered Dietitian in Alberta, I adhere to the guidelines set out in the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice from the College of Dietitians of Alberta.
The personal health information I collect is subject to additional safeguards and procedures set out in our Health Information Privacy Policy which new clients will receive as part of their Intake Package.
If you will be receiving Virtual Care from us, your Intake Package will include an additional Consent to Virtual Care document that discloses the risks and conditions for the collection and use of your personal health information to provide Virtual Health Care Services.
