Comprehensive Assessment

We’ll start your Intuitive Eating journey with a deep dive into your health history, lifestyle and environment to help us recognize how they have influenced your relationship with food and your body today. This process can take several sessions, but you will leave with a better understanding of yourself, as well as specific action steps to help you start tuning in to your inner Intuitive Eater.


Individualized Support

Our follow-up meetings are more than a “quick check-in”. These meetings are an opportunity to dig deeper into your food and body story, and continue to layer in more knowledge and skills, so that you can continue to move forward throughout your personal journey.


Regular Email Follow-Up

You will receive an email summary after every session, and also a quick check-in from me between sessions. There are no limits to the number of times we can correspond via email. As a client, you will receive priority access to me, so that you can feel supported at every step, and not have to wait to have your questions answered!


Flexible & Tailored to You

I truly believe that each person is their own expert, and my role is only as a guide and facilitator. You are in charge of your experience. Meet in-person at my office in the centrally located community of Sunalta in Calgary, or virtually via Zoom (or an app of your choice) Choose how often you want to meet, whether it’s weekly for consistent support, or less frequently so that you have more time to practice and embody your new skills.
